"Our puppy got ill and Jasthine was so amazing in the entire process and took him to the vet hospital.
Jasthine and her partner did everything to ensure he would recover and be okay. We were so lucky Jasthine was our dog sitter and she spotted his illness early.
Jasthine is very caring, genuinely loves animals.

"Tannia was so wonderful taking care of Harvey. The photos, videos and communication made it clear not only was he enjoying himself, but I think Tannia loved taking care of him too. This gave me so much comfort knowing he was with a loving carer! "Lily, my Cavalier King Charles had a lovely stay with Zelda. Zelda was very welcoming, and has a lovely home with a nice yard at the back. She also lives in a lovely area with a park nearby where she walked Lily. Zelda sent me loads of lovely photos which was reassuring, as I worry about Lily when I leave her with someone. This really put me at ease. I even got a lovely video of Lily and her new friends playing. I would recommend Zelda; and hope Lily can stay with her again. Jenny "

"Ozgur and Ref did such an amazing job looking after our dog for an extended period of time. They were extremely conscientious and dedicated to caring for our high needs and anxious dog, and took great care with medication and specific requirements. "Patricia and Victor looked after our fur babies Teddy and Ollie for the first time this week. I was very impressed with their communication and their flexibility around dropping the dogs off at an earlier time due to our flight time being changed. The dogs enjoyed their stay and were well looked after. Patricia sent daily photo updates which we appreciated. I have no hesitation in leaving the dogs for our upcoming 10 day holiday in September. We will have peace of mind knowing they are in a loving and caring home environment with Patricia and Victor. "

"WOW! Where do I begin...... From the very first meet and greet i knew Dee and Sasi were amazing people. On late notice and after multiple cancelations or people who agreed to look after our boy but tuned him down due to his size and breed who have no idea about dog sitting and management of large breeds it looked like our big cuddly bear "archie" the German shepherd would be left with no one to take care of him. Dee replied to my msgs and promptly let me know that our holiday dates were not a problem to host our Archie. We quickly organized a meet and greet for that week as we were flying out of the country in less than a week and stress levels were quiet high at the time.
Being conscious of our big boy's size and nature i was worried about the meet and greet as our Archie has set routines and a unique way of communicating to us when he needs something, and this was something i was worried about incase Archie would stress out during his stay but boy was i wrong. From the first moment we met both Dee and Sasi have the warmest and most loving nature towards animals and although archie was a bit stressed in a new environment they persisted with hugs, kisses, love and attention until he felt comfortable, and it was all uphill from there. Constant daily/weekly updates with photos and videos of our boy happy on his walks and playtime with other dogs (Dee and Sasi did an amazing job socializing our boy who is quite standoffish at first to other dogs but archie ended up being the talk of the town during his stay making friends with multiple dogs both big and small and also gently interacting with a newborn baby. He was so comfortable i could see the love and care he received purely through the photos Dee was sending me. Thank you so much Dee and Sasi for loving our boy like your own and we will be back for more visits now we have found our perfect doggy home away from home for our Archie.
I would highly recommend Dee and Sasi for any breed of dog as they know how to handle dogs and provide a healthy and balanced environment for both big and small dogs and this is proven with the regular visits of repeat customers who stayed throughout the time our Archie was a resident with them. THANK YOU Dee and Sasi !!!"

"We were so happy with the care our dog received from Michael and his caring family. Our dog can be a bit anxious and it really helped him to have a trial day first. It was great when we arrived to drop him off for his longer stay to see the family excited to see him again and our dog excited to see them. They communicated throughout his stay and we were confident he was being well cared for. He seems to have had a great time with the family and the other dogs there. The only downside is that he seems to miss them now! Hopefully we can book in again in future."
