Hi, my name is Kyla and I’m an 19 year-old student at melbourne university. Dog Boarding feels like the perfect role for me because dogs have always been such an important part of my life. I grew up surrounded by pets, including two stray cats I raised from a young age, and I now own a lively, energetic Springer Spaniel who has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and daily exercise.

Since the age of 14, I have also volunteered at the SPCA animal shelter in Malaysia, and I spent time walking dogs of different breeds and temperaments, feeding and bathing them, cleaning kennels and litter trays, and playing with both cats and dogs to keep them happy and comfortable. This experience gave me confidence in handling animals with diverse needs and personalities, and it deepened my passion for ensuring they feel safe and cared for.

Alongside volunteering, I regularly pet sit for family friends and neighbors, especially when they travel, taking responsibility for feeding routines, walks, playtime, and companionship. These opportunities have helped me build trust with both pets and owners, and they have shown me how rewarding it is to provide animals with the love and attention they deserve.

My services include dog walking, pet sitting, home visits and dog boarding where I can feed pets, clean up after them, and spend quality time playing or keeping them company. I live in a house with a big garden, as I own a friendly dog of my own, with access to potty, and toys and dog beds at home so it would be a perfect fit for your dog to stay.
