Previous Experience

I have several years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds and sizes. I have owned Staffordshire Bull Terriers and mixed breeds, understand the importance of exercise, consistency, and positive reinforcement. I have rescued and safely rehomed 5 street dogs, and 4 alley cats.

While living in Thailand for eight years, I volunteered at a local animal rescue centre where I cared for dogs and cats on a daily basis. I wasn't shy of getting my hands dirty, tick check and removals, cleaning the kennels, feeding and socialising the dogs.

I am confident following feeding routines, basic medications when required, and adapting my care to each pet’s individual needs. Some pets love attention and playtime and some prefer their own space, and I always respect their personality and routine!

Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are my top priorities. I keep my phone with me at all times and will provide updates as often as you would like, whether that’s regular photos throughout the day or more detailed check-ins. In the unlikely event of an emergency, I will act quickly and contact the nearest veterinarian while keeping you fully informed.

I am available for dog walking and can tailor walks to your dog’s energy levels and requirements. Whether your dog enjoys a long adventure of over an hour or several shorter walks throughout the day, I am happy to accommodate their needs. Same with cats! No request is too much or too little.

I am currently available full-time, and my partner works from home, meaning there is usually someone present. My daily routine includes an early morning walk and plenty of flexibility throughout the day, allowing me to provide regular exercise, companionship, toilet breaks, feeding, and attentive care for your pet.

I understand that every pet is different, and I take pride in following owners’ instructions carefully to ensure their pets feel safe, comfortable, and happy while in my care.

Pets are welcome to sleep wherever they are most comfortable, whether that is in their own bed, a crate, or near me. I live in an apartment and do not have a fenced yard, so all toilet breaks and exercise are provided on-lead with regular walks throughout the day, we do have a large pet walk and grooming area for wash downs. Safety is extremely important to me, and pets are never allowed off-lead unless in a secure designated area with owner approval. As I am currently available full-time and my partner works from home, pets are rarely left alone and receive plenty of supervision, companionship, and attention throughout the day.
