She had very good communication, sending updates and pictures during each visit, and asking if there was anything else she could do to make my cat more comfortable. "I'm so grateful for Michelle's care of my cat. I contacted Michelle and at very short notice she organised a meeting and I knew right away she was a good fit for my my shy cat. Throughout the five days of her visits to my home she sent me updates and photos and I could tell Gato was becoming more relaxed by the day. When I got home Gato was calm and happy. "Ty looked after my 3 cats and fish whilst I was away recently. He was in constant communication with me and provided daily pictures and updates ensuring my girls were safe and well cared for. He provided great service and kept the cats happy and comfortable, he even managed to get pats from my very nervous older cat who usually hides from people. I would highly recommend Ty to take care of your pets, and will definitely be requesting Ty & Judy in the future! "

"Katie was fantastic looking after our two older cats while we were away. She sent plenty of photos and regular updates, which gave us real peace of mind, and kept us informed the whole time.
We also had to extend our booking at short notice, and she was incredibly accommodating and easy to deal with throughout.

I've raised them from 4 weeks so know their behaviours very well- after a week away I came home and they acted like I'd only been gone for the day at work, so they'd obviously been very well looked after while I was away."
