Hello, my name is Declan.

I am 30 years old, I work as a Teacher Assistant, and I absolutely love animals.

Prior to returning to Hobart, I lived in Launceston where I had my own little network of beautiful pets that I looked after.

I have also helped raise a number of family pets and have engaged as a pet owner on this site along with as a pet owner and as a pet sitter on MadPaws. These various factors I believe help me see both sides to inform the best experience and outcomes I can offer.

I am patient, kind and dedicated towards any animal big or small.

Being a very active person pairs incredibly well when it comes to look after everyone's pets, something that I enjoy greatly.

I am also a very conscientious house sitter, one that is very respectful, tidy and professional.

My role as a TA allows some flexibility. I have my own social life which keeps me getting around however I will work to ensure any pet I look after is not left a lone for hugely sustained periods, and will meet the expectations of the owners in regards to their exercise - ie walk as needed, take to a park, etc. The same would follow for the feeding etc.

I look forward to hearing from you!
