Hi! My name is Iris. I’m originally from Hong Kong, and I’m currently in Australia on a working holiday. I genuinely love animals and grew up caring for pets such as fish, turtles, and hamsters. I understand how important it is to provide calm, consistent care—especially when pets are in a new environment or their owners are away.

In Hong Kong, I gained hands-on pet-sitting experience. Several friends trusted me to look after their cats, and they did so because I’m reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. I take pet care seriously, and I always make sure pets feel safe and comfortable in my presence.

To be even more prepared, I completed Pet First Aid training with the Australian Red Cross. This means I’m confident in handling common situations and staying calm when it matters most.

I offer in-home pet sitting at your place, including feeding, cleaning, fresh water, and playtime, as well as dog walking when needed. I respect each pet’s routine, personality, and needs, and I work with patience and attention to detail. I also prioritize a clean and safe home environment.

As a social worker, I’m especially good at communication—I will keep you updated about your pet’s condition and activities so you can feel at ease while you’re away.
