"Nicole provided outstanding care for my two cats (Tinky and Zena). Nicole was attentive, responsible, and most certainly loves animals. I received daily updates with photos, which reassured me. "Elisa was absolutely wonderful and a huge help on very short notice. I was overseas and quite anxious about finding someone last-minute, but she stepped in and took fantastic care of Mango and my home. Her communication was excellent—she responded quickly to messages and sent thoughtful updates during and after her visit, which really put my mind at ease.
