Your pet’s safety and welfare is a big priority for us, which is why all of our Pawshake pet sitters undergo a strict vetting process by our trust and safety team. At Pawshake, we understand that you might feel a little uneasy allowing a pet sitter to enter your home or arranging pet boarding at their place. This is why Pawshake pet sitters also have reviews from other pet parents that are publicly available on their profile for you to read.

There are times when life can get incredibly busy with work, school, holidays etc. The choice to leave your pets behind can be a very difficult one, especially when you don’t have a close friend or relative that can commit to caring for your pet while you are away, or busy.
That’s where I come in.
With over 30 years of experience as an animal minding specialist you can ensure your beloved pets will be well fed, exercised and lovingly cared for in their own homes where they are most comfortable and stress free.
I realise how important pets are as after all, they are a member of your family.
I can tailor care plans to suit you and your pets needs, as like humans, all pets differ in the kinds of interaction, exercise and dietary requirements needed. Every pet is unique, just like you!
I offer a range of services to suit every pet owner’s needs, which includes but is not limited to:
-Dog walking
-Pet minding
-Feeding animals & refreshing water bowls
-Cleaning & refreshing litter trays
-Administering animals medication
-Extra services to do with the household; such as collecting mail & putting garbage bins out.
I am happy to offer the opportunity to meet and greet both you and your pet to discuss any additional requirements and go through the checklist.
If you would like to arrange a specialised care plan for your pet, or have any questions regarding my pet care services, please reach out.

Greetings, those who are reading this. I'm Kaitlin, im 24 and live in Melbourne. Petsitting has always been an interest of mine, as have animals for as long as I can remember. I love animals more than people (for the most part) and majority of pets i encounter, love me as much as i adore them. They call me the pet whisperer - no matter what kind of animal (yes, including those that tend to dislike strangers or people in general) tends to soften and purr towards me.
I'd like to say im capable of taking care of any (and anyone's) pet. While i have no professional experience, I've had cats for my entire life and I've dogsat for friends and family previously on several occasions. It's truly a 2nd nature for me.
I'm willing to offer pet/house sitting, checking in on cats, walking dogs, making sure everyone's health and wellbeing is in top notch shape. Unfortunately due to living situation, I cannot offer taking care of animals in my own house.
Key responsibilities will include: feeding and water levels check. Dog walks around the vicinity of your area (range from half an hour to upto an hour). If I'm requested to house sit, I will do everything in my power to keep your house secure and clean (including essentially keeping the place locked under key at all times - even when I'm there). Unless unavoidable due to work, pets will be monitored, watched and kept entertained practically 24/7 (house sitter = pet play). If no house sitting is requested, I can pop in and do a check in (anywhere between half an hour to over an hour, depending on tasks required).
If medication is required to be distributed, while I have no prior experience with this (unless you count worm medication for cats), I'm happy to do so, as long as detailed instructions are left.
Please feel free to message me ! I look forward to hearing from you, and meeting your adorable furbabies :)

I am a dog loving Irish guy working full time for the NT Government. I am very fortunate to share my home with a rock star golden retriever named Rosie who thinks life is a party thrown just for her and William, a beautiful quiet retired racing greyhound.I live alone and work but I am usually home for lunch every day,I am home every evening and all weekend so my dogs get my undivided attention! We all hang out together constantly and your dog will be a welcome addition to our happy set up.Rosie and William are inside dogs and enjoy air con but they also dont mind some outside time in the garden which is fully fenced and very secure. My dogs sleep inside with me so if your dog enjoys hanging out inside and sleeping inside ,my place is definitely going to be their home away from home.I am an experienced dog sitter as I have fostered dozens of greyhounds over the past few years but I adopted William as he is such a lovely guy.Rosie the retriever is the life and soul of the party and a well known character at muirhead dog park where she has to meet and greet all dogs and owners! My dogs are my life and I love involving them in every activity.I want to pet sit as they both adore other dogs and are at their happiest with some doggy company and I also love a house full of dogs with different personalities.Your dogs will be treated like royalty in my house. I will include them in everything and William and Rosie will keep them company.Ican walk your dog on your walk of choice or go to the dogpark(Willam and Rosie love a few hours at the dog park), whatever makes your dog happiest and when inside, just like my two, your dog will have the run of the place!I look forward to providing the level of care , comfort and love your best friend deserves. please note - 7 day minimum stay over Easter

Hi, Michelle here!
I’ve always had a passion for pets, especially since my beloved golden retriever is living with my mom overseas. Being a pet sitter is the perfect way to channel all that love and energy! With plenty of experience caring for dogs and cats, I know how to keep them happy and engaged.
Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or just some good old-fashioned cuddles, I’m all about creating a safe and fun environment for your furry friends. I only take vaccinated pets to ensure everyone stays healthy and happy. You can trust that your pets will receive the same love and attention I give my own.
I understand how important it is for you to find someone reliable and caring, and I’m here to provide that peace of mind. If you’re looking for someone who’ll treat your pets like family, let’s connect! I can’t wait to meet you and your four-legged cuties.

I'm available all day on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. On other days, I’m available after 6:30 pm.

Hi there! My name is Sara. I grew up with adopted rescue dogs and cats, so looking after animals is a huge part of my life. I have a special love for puppies, small to medium dog breeds, and absolutely all kinds of cats
I regularly help friends take care of their pets, so you can enjoy your vacation worry-free. ️Please note that I do not host pets at my place. Instead, I offer house sitting to care for your pets in the comfort of their own home.
During a typical visit or stay, I usually spend plenty of quality time with your pets. My routine includes feeding them on time, refreshing their water, cleaning the litter box, and playing with them so they never feel lonely. I can also do basic grooming for your pets, such as wiping their tear stains and cleaning their ears to keep them fresh and healthy. I am also happy to help clean up after them, such as washing their bowls and sweeping around the litter box area to keep your home tidy. Safety and comfort are my top priorities. I will keep your home secure and follow your exact rules. If an emergency happens, I will contact you immediately and take your pet to the nearest vet. I will also send you daily updates and cute photos.
I am very good with animals and I know how to approach them. If your cat or dog is shy, I will not rush them. I know how to give them space and build trust slowly. Let’s be friends, little furry ones

Hi I'm Andy I'm 23 and I'm in Australia for a cricket season. I'm passionate about cricket, fitness and animals. I have a border terrier at home as well as 2 cats.
I'd love any excuse to get outdoors and get some more steps in with a furry companion. Available for dog walks, runs and potentially dog sitting for anytime during the week Monday to Friday (I'll be playing cricket on the weekend!)
I've had plenty of experience looking after dogs of all shapes and sizes back home in the UK.
Unfortunately as I'm renting I won't be able to look after dogs in my house but I'm available for all other services outside of hosting. I also train in the evenings of Tuesday and Thursday for cricket but I'm willing to miss out on that for the right hound!
Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions.
