I believe dogs are reflections of ourselves, from the time we put into training, to the mood we may currently be in. My dogs not only helped me to rehabilitate to full recovery after an injury that ended my personal training career, but have made me a better person by helping me see when I've been anxious or unsure of myself, and how to maintain the calm energy that a dog needs to feel safe and secure. They are far more sensitive, yet also far more resilient than we as humans give them credit for.

Being a dog owner all my life, including working farm dogs and fluffy little ankle biters, a foster carer for several years, volunteering time to help animal rescues rehabilitate, retrain, and re-home neglected or surrendered dogs; I have learned how to observe their behaviour and note triggers that help owners continue to integrate their pooches into their families.

I strive to always be learning and improving my skills and understanding so I can always be in a position to help you, to help your dog be happier, better balanced and understand what it is that you are wanting them to behave like. I am not going to tell you what your dog should be doing with regards to training, they are your dog, and what you are wanting will be different to what I expect from my own.
