Hi! My name is Monica, and I am a white collar worker and part time pet sitter. I am 30 years old and based in Rhodes.

Pets are a huge part of my life, and I am always thrilled to spend time caring for fur babies while their owners are away. Over the years, I have gained hands-on experience cats. My Personal Pet Experience: I am a proud owner of a 3-year-old British Shorthair (Blue). Living with my cat has given me deep, hands-on experience in understanding feline behavior, body language, and daily care routines. Having raised a cat through both the active kitten stage and into adult life, I am well-versed in:

• Routine & Feeding: Maintaining strict feeding schedules, managing weight/diet, and ensuring proper hydration (fountain maintenance, fresh water routine).

• Enrichment & Exercise: Engaging cats through daily interactive play (feather wands, puzzle toys) and providing mental stimulation to prevent boredom.

• Grooming & Hygiene: Regular brushing (especially essential for dense shorthair coats) and keeping litter boxes spotlessly clean.

• Temperament Understanding: Respecting cat boundaries—knowing when they want affection and play, and when they simply need their quiet space.

• Medication & Special Medical Care: I have direct, hands-on experience caring for a sick pet during a critical recovery period. My cat went through a severe illness that required intensive daily care. During his recovery, I personally managed his complete care routine every single day, including administering oral medications, hand/syringe feeding, ensuring proper hydration, and monitoring his recovery closely.

Because of this experience, I am confident and gentle when administering oral/topical medications or providing specialized care for pets with medical needs, strict medication schedules, or those requiring extra patience.

What I Offer & My Availability

• Availability: I am available weekday after 5pm and weekends full day. I can give your pets plenty of attention and companionship.

Home Visits:

• Duration: Each visit lasts approximately 30 minutes / 45 minutes / 1 hour

• What’s Included: Feeding, fresh water, cleaning litter boxes/waste, playing, and affection.

• Extra Home Care: I am more than happy to water your plants, bring in the mail, and take out the bins while you're away!
