Hello, my name is Vanessa and I love all animals as I believe they are sentient beings with a soul. I live with my human sister, Michelle (also a Pawshake sitter) and am a willing slave to our five gorgeous kitties, TC the tabby, Gatwick the ginger ninja, Chloe the Queen, Felix Junior the mini panther and Heathrow his brother and little follower. I am available to pet visit your furry family member or stay overnight (pet sit), depending on your requirements.

I have experience in looking after cats, dogs, birds, fish and rabbits, having successfully completed several pet visiting and pet sitting jobs with Pawshake. I frequently assist Michelle with her pet sitting jobs (and she assists me), and between us we have very satisfied clients (both human and furry). Michelle has a car, so transport is no issue.

I will look after your pet and treat them as if they were my own. I believe pets are family and I regard any pet I would look after as extended family. Our own cats, have enriched our lives since we first rescued Felix Senior and TC in 2010, Gatwick came to his furrever home 2013, little Chloe joined the feline family in 2014 and last but not least Felix Junior and Heathrow joined the family in March 2020.

The services I will offer are home visits (pet visiting) and pet sitting at your home.

Home visits
Pet visits can be either once or twice a day depending on your pet's requirements and pet visiting includes feeding, watering, cleaning litter, grooming (brushing) and playing with them. I am able to water plants, bring in the mail and put out garbage bins for emptying if required. A small fee is charged if there is a significant number of plants and/or watering the garden.

Pet sitting
Pet sitting in your home will include feeding, watering, cleaning litter/toileting area, grooming (brushing) and playing with your pet. I am able to water plants/garden, bring in the mail and put garbage bins out for emptying if required. I am very security conscious and ensure that your home is securely locked (windows and doors) when leaving the premises.

Rest assured, your pet is in the safest of hands with me, whether pet visiting or pet sitting at your home and I will treat them as if they were my own.
