Hi there! I am a 40 year old experienced and passionate pet sitter and dog walker and I have been part of Pawshake since 2018. I have owned dogs myself for over 15 years and I was always surrounded by many different pets and animals growing up. I specialise in caring for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, birds and fish, and I
have basic knowledge and experience with reptiles and horses. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker.  

In 2019 I completed a Certificate III in Animal Care and gained experience working in a Dog Grooming Salon. I also volunteered at the RSPCA for 1 year where I gained valuable experience and knowledge, especially in working with rescue animals. I aim to provide professional service where your pet comes first. I place importance on being organised, communicative, reliable, caring and trustworthy. My work and lifestyle suit pet sitting in that it allows me to be flexible with my time.  

My services include (but are not limited to) the following, depending on type of pets: 

Pet Sitting (Overnights or Daily Visits)

Preparing and administering meals and/or enrichment, providing fresh water daily, administering medication, giving treats, cleaning food and water bowls, basic grooming (eg. daily brushing or dog bathing), daily dog waste
removal, daily scooping of cat litter, replacing cat litter, fish feeding and basic tank care, bird feeding (including chickens), bird cage cleaning, guinea pig feeding, guinea pig handling, guinea pig cage cleaning, dog exercise at home, playing and interacting with pets, photo and message updates, transportation to preferred Vet if an urgent health matter, accident or emergency occurs, emptying bins, putting out bins for collection and returning when empty, collecting mail and parcels watering plants and/or lawn, vacuuming pet hair, washing pet bedding, monitoring swimming pools. 

Dog Walking

Walking in location and route of your choosing (additional fee if transportation is required), cleaning up waste
while on walks (dog waste bags provided), reinforcing training (if requested), giving treats (if permitted by owner), ensuring access to fresh water at the end of walks, photo and message updates. 

25% surcharge applied on Public holidays.
