I would make a great pet sitter and dog walker because caring for dogs has always been a big part of my life. I’m a 25-year-old girl who has recently come to Sydney on a Working Holiday Visa, and being away from home has been tough as it was part of my every day routine looking after my own. Back home, I have a 2-year-old cocker spaniel called Lola and an 8-year-old bichon cross shih tzu called Coco, both of whom I’ve looked after since they were puppies. I’m so used to feeding, walking, training, and spending quality time with them that caring for dogs feels completely natural to me. Because I miss them so much, I’m genuinely longing to look after another dog here in Sydney. Pet sitting and walking would not only allow me to help others, but also give me the joy and comfort of being around dogs again.
