Hi pet owners! I’m Pippa. I grew up on a farm in the English countryside surrounded by dogs, cats, horses, chickens and cows, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. Since moving to Australia in 2020, I’ve really missed that daily connection with animals, which is why pet sitting is something I truly love and genuinely look forward to. Along with a lifetime of experience on the farm, I also spent three months working on a horse stud in Scone, NSW, caring for horses as well as a few dogs and cats.

I'm currently working as an Events Manager where I do 2 days work from home a week, but can sometimes do more if requested, so I'm available throughout the week and most weekends depending on my plans! I’m happy to stay at your home for full days or overnight, and I follow your instructions closely so your pets feel safe and settled.  

The animals in my photos include pets from my home in the UK, my family in Melbourne, as well as pets I’ve cared for through Pawshake. I don’t have animals of my own in Sydney (yet!), but I live with my partner (pictured), who also adores animals, in a spacious two-bedroom apartment with two balconies, a small front garden and a large, secure back garden area. It’s a comfortable, safe space for visiting pets, with plenty of room to explore and relax. We’re also able to offer pick-up and drop-off when needed, with a small fee for longer trips.

Whether you have one pet or a small group who get along well, I’d be thrilled to care for them either in my home or yours. I’m the kind of person who stops to greet every dog and cat I pass, so your pets will be treated with warmth, patience and lots of affection. I especially love taking dogs on long walks, I used to walk my aunt and uncle’s border collies along the coast every day when I first arrived in Australia.

My services include pet sitting in my home, pet sitting in your home, dog walking, and home visits. Visits and walks can be brief (minimum 30 minutes) or extended, depending on what your pets need. During any booking, I provide:

- At least 1 photo per house visit or homestay. 

- Regular updates.

- Feeding and fresh water (you will provide the animal's food).

- A clean outdoor area for toileting.

- Regular walks/exercise as agreed.

- A secure, shaded backyard. 

- A safe space for pets with no risks & my full attention.

- Please note: for overnight bookings, if drop-off is before 11am and pick-up is after 3pm, an additional day booking may be required.
