I have always had a deep love for animals and have been surrounded by them since I was very young, both big and small. I am passionate about horse riding and animals have always been an important part of my life. Being far from home in Belgium, I unfortunately can’t have my own pets at the moment, but becoming a pet sitter allows me to keep this special connection with animals. I truly enjoy spending time with them and caring for their wellbeing. I recently arrived in Australia and am now based in Sydney, and pet sitting feels like a meaningful and rewarding way to combine my love for animals with my new life here. I would always take care of pets as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, loved and comfortable while their owners are away.

I have previous experience taking care of pets both at the owner’s home and at my own place. I have regularly done daily walks and home visits, including feeding pets and spending time with them while their owners were on holiday.

I have also had dogs and cats living with me in the past while their owners were away, so I am very familiar with their daily needs, routines and behaviours.

Additionally, I spent three months travelling in Asia, where I visited animal shelters and helped feed and give water to stray dogs and cats. This experience strengthened my sense of responsibility and compassion towards animals.

Overall, I am reliable, caring and attentive, and I always make sure that each pet receives plenty of love, attention and proper care.
