Hello! I’m Lily. I’m a responsible animal lover with some extra time on my hands to support you out when needed.

About me: I’m a 32 year old HR professional, originally from the UK. I moved to Melbourne in Sept 2024 after spending the last 7 years calling New Zealand home. I’m a huge animal lover but my passion for travel means my current lifestyle wouldn’t suit the full-time commitment of a pet at the moment. Pet and housesitting is the perfect way for me to channel my extra love and care!

My experience: I have lots of experience pet and house sitting - for friends, colleagues, strangers, and even fostering through the SPCA. I’ve looked after an array of animals over the past 6 years - an 8 week old rescue kitten, 12 week old kittens requiring medications through syringe twice a day, cats with every personality you could imagine, rabbits, and dogs of all shapes and sizes from old and wise to young and energetic! The most I have cared for at one time is two dogs and three cats.

Availability & Services: I am located in Prahran and work from home three days a week (9-5pm, Mon-Fri). I have a fairly flexible schedule and can often accommodate weekend stays.

I am happy to take full care of the animals including feeding, brushing, walking, playing, etc. I will follow your guidance on walks and length of time but am happy to walk morning and evening and am fit and able to run around!

I have previous experience giving medications by syringe or hidden in food, so I am comfortable doing this and will follow your commands/training requirements. Please note I do not have a car so would not be able to pick up or drop off. For overnight bookings that require travel, there will be an additional travel fee just to cover public transport to and from your place including for a meet and greet.

I am extremely communicative and happy to send you photos of your pets and give you daily updates while you’re away to give you peace of mind.
