Hi!

I'm an experienced petsitter, dog walker and dog trainer with 5+ years experience in the pet industry.

I previously owned and ran a successful dog walking and petsitting business in Melbourne, Southside Hounds, for several years. I walked from 1-6 dogs offleash daily, and undertook dog training with some clients aswell. I've worked with dogs with behavioural problems and anxiety, and taken dogs through basic obedience training.

I also worked in a Melbourne doggy daycare as an animal attendant, which was great fun, and I've volunteered at a dog rescue in Glen Iris as a student dog trainer, and currently finishing my Cert IV in Animal Behaviour & Training, which has given me great knowledge and skills about dog training and animal behaviour.

I've recently moved to Portarlington and bought my forever home, so I'm offering doggy daycare, walks and overnight boarding in my 3 bedroom house with fully secured front and back grassed yards and dog friendly interior.

Doggy daycare and overnight boarding clients will have access to the whole house, secured front and back grassy yards with a doggy door to access whenever they need the toilet. They'll be supervised the whole time they're with me - I work another job from home so I'm always around, and they'll be provided with lots of cuddles, attention and walkies. They can spend time with my cattle dog Sunny, or just spend time with me if that's better for them. Dogs sleep in my bedroom with me on their dog beds.

My area is coastal with offleash dog beaches and walking tracks close by. I drive, and can definitely do pick ups and drop offs if required.

Administering medications, feeding and providing mental stimulation for your pet are all within my skillset and I'm happy to do them.

Dog walks will be offleash, either solo or with one to two other dogs if your dog is a social butterfly. We'll go to the local park or the local dog beach, unless you'd prefer on leash walks, which is no problem. I aim to build up a small pack of 2-4 dogs to take on fun pack walk adventures. But I'm open to walking dogs 1:1 if that's a requirement due to their temperament.

I'll definitely meet with you and your dog prior to providing services, to ensure we're a good fit for eachother. If that goes well, we can begin right away.
