Hi, I’m Toni. I’m a former teacher turned silversmith with a lifelong love of animals, feathered and furred alike. Based in Pomona in the Noosa Hinterland, I enjoy caring for animals in the comfort of their own home and keeping their familiar routines. We previously owned an 8.5 acre hobby farm in Victoria, where we cared for alpacas, sheep, a pig, miniature ponies, horses, over 60 chickens, and our own dogs and cats. We also welcomed agisted horses and a pig, and I helped care for a tenant’s three cats on the property. We currently have two dogs, and over the years our family has included three dogs and a cat. I’m confident with feeding, daily care and general animal management across a wide range of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, poultry, sheep, goats, pigs, cattle, horses, snakes and other reptiles. I enjoy early mornings, farm routines and getting to know each animal’s personality. My experience includes a seven day hobby farm sit caring for birds, turkeys, ducks, chickens, a pig and sheep. During that stay, I also helped welcome Hipcamp guests and collect their fees. As a silversmith working from home, I’m happy to discuss how my schedule can fit your animals’ needs. You’re welcome to meet me beforehand so we can talk through their routines and make sure everyone feels comfortable. I’m respectful and responsible, and I’ll care for your home and animals with the same attention I give my own. Please note: Additional charges may apply for multiple dogs. Travel expenses apply for properties more than 20 km from Pomona.
