Hi there!

I've always loved animals and get huge joy from being around them and seem to always "get" them; mum and dad used to call me Dr. Doolittle growing up!

While I've had small animals my whole life - dogs, cats, fish, chickens, guinea pigs, even axylotls, I've also worked extensively with sheep and dairy cattle in Ireland, so I'm adept and comfortable with medication, injected or oral.

As a sitter, I make your pet's comfort and happiness my priority; I'm confident and gentle with nervous animals, can amp it up for the extroverts out there and can snuggle like no one's business.

Our family dog was an abused rescue pup. Bringing him up means a couple of things; firstly, I understand and can work with the various fears and neuroses that can crop up for your fur babies. Secondly, I value and have seen the benefit of a firm, gentle, positive reinforcement style of training. If you're working on training your kitten or puppy I will get on board with your method and uphold it during visits and walks.

As a teen I volunteered at Taronga Zoo so I've done a bit of insect and reptile handling (but I'll need a specific rundown for your pet!)

For doggy daycare, my home is secured with roller door and gate, so dogs can enjoy the big backyard with no risk of escaping. We'll go for one big walk a day, plus plenty of snuggles.
