I am currently living in Gold Coast on a work holiday visa from the UK. I have owned many pets from the age of 9 and absolutely adore animals. I have years of experience caring for other people's animals (mainly dogs) back home through an app called 'Rover,' in addition to looking after family members' dogs when they go on holiday. I wish to continue doing this not only to supplement my income, but more so because I miss the companionship of animals and am not in a position to commit to owning one myself in my current situation (travelling). You can rest assured your pet will get plenty of attention and I would only accept bookings when I have no other commitments (ie. Work). This is due to a strong belief of mine that it's unfair to leave an animal alone for extended periods of time. Back in the UK, we have a cockapoo as a family dog and I miss her very much, so would love some canine companionship!
