Hi, I’m Joe! I offer overnight house and pet sitting in your home on the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. I previously owned two dogs, Tigerlilly and Rocky, and have also looked after a friend’s cat multiple times. My experience comes from caring for these pets personally, and I understand how important it is to have someone you trust looking after your animals.

I enjoy the companionship pets bring and getting to know their individual personalities. My overnight service includes staying at your home, feeding your pets, refreshing their water, providing company and playtime, and taking care of everyday pet clean-up. For dogs, we’ll agree on walks to suit their usual routine. I can also send photos and updates while you’re away.

Each booking covers an overnight stay, with arrival and departure times agreed beforehand. Walk lengths, feeding times and any additional care requirements will also be discussed before confirming.

I work on my laptop and can work from your home for parts of the stay, provided there is suitable Wi-Fi. However, I’m not always home and may go out for work or personal commitments. We’ll agree on how long your pets can comfortably be left alone. My service is best suited to pets who can manage some time without company, rather than those needing constant supervision.

I’m comfortable discussing care for dogs and cats. Any medical or more complex care needs would need to be discussed first to make sure I can safely meet them. I offer care at your home, with dates subject to availability.

I’m happy to meet you and your pets beforehand, learn their routines and make sure we’re a good fit.
