Home and Away at Palm Beach! My husband and I have been looking after dogs since our own beloved old girl of 14 passed away Just over a year ago. Providing loving care for other people's family pets has been a great way for us to get our "doggie fix" while staying active and fit at the same time. We are semi retired and only want to look after 1-2 dogs max at any one time (we are open to 3 depending on the situation). Our home is fully fenced and our gardens are sprayed seasonally for ticks. The dogs always sleep inside the house with us at night (please provide a clean dog with clean bedding) They will have full access to inside/outside areas during the day. To the best of our ability, and based on the information you provide, we try to maintain a similar routine that your dog is accustomed to. We include morning and afternoon walks around our neighbourhood where they get to meet and greet the locals. For the health of your dog and others we request that your dog has current vaccinations and that you have administered or provide some type of tick prevention to be on the safe side. We would be suited to well behaved mature dogs but we are also happy with younger dogs as long as they are house trained and obedient ie no excessive barking and no chewing. Dogs are like humans - they have their own unique personalities and we look forward to getting to know your dog.
