Hello!

My name is Shayla, and I am 18 years old. I am currently studying animal care with the goal of becoming a qualified veterinary nurse. Caring for animals has always been a huge passion of mine and my priority is to make sure that the animal is well taken care of and is safe.

I have previous hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats. My experience Includes bathing, walking, feeding, administering medicine and handling animals of all different sizes. I have given medicine to kittens and adult cats. I am comfortable working with puppies and kittens aswell as senior dogs and cats who may need extra attention

I also have experience handling shy and nervous animals, and I always take a calm and gentle approach to help them feel safe and comfortable. For example, I have rescued nervous and shy cats in the past and have taken a calm approach to help them get out of their situation. I understand that every pet is different and I always make sure to adapt my care to there individual needs.
