I'm Zarah and I'm a mature age (45) and experienced pet sitter (living my dream job!)

I have a lot of experience with caring for dogs and cats as well as owning cats. I often get called an animal whisperer and I love working as a pet sitter. It's one of the best things I've ever done!

Cats are my absolute specialty and I feel so fortunate they seem to 'choose' me. I love cat sitting and getting to know each cat's incredible personality.
I also love to spend time with dogs too and haven't had a dog that didn't love me back.
I practice meditation and animals love it! They find it fascinating and peaceful too! It’s quite funny to experience.

When I come to stay I like to maintain your pets normal feeding/sleeping routine and am happy for them to sleep in the room with me too. It is great to be able to come and stay with your pet at their home so that they feel comfortable in their familiar surroundings while you are away.

I will happily come and meet you and your pet(s) and make sure it feels right for all of us.

I am 39 years old and I am familiar with Sydney life having grown up here in Sydney. I am a dedicated student of herbal medicine and I follow a healthy and holistic lifestyle.
I do not drink alcohol or party as I’m into a very quiet lifestyle. I like to keep fit and spend time outdoors as well as practice playing guitar and reading.
I do much of my study online so having a kitty or your pup keep me company is lovely and they aren't left on their own for more than a few hours.

I am more than happy to spoil your pets and provide you with email updates of their antics and well being. If you use instagram I can create a unique hashtag and post photos of them daily so that you can keep up to date with them without being in contact with me directly.

I work at a photography gallery and am an amateur photographer so I like to practice my skills on your pets as long as you don’t mind and they don’t either!


I've looked after animals with a range of health conditions before and find giving medication pretty easy.
I have many references of satisfied previous customers I can provide you with and am available to meet you to see if it's the right fit for you.

I've lived with and cared for animals all of my life and that beautiful grey kitty in my cover photo is my darling cat Cooper who is no longer with us. It's so nice to give some love to others pets I feel so lucky I get to do this.
