I offer short- and long-term pet boarding on a quiet rural residential property just outside Oakey. Set on 1.5 fully fenced acres, the property is shaded, secure, and ideal for pets who enjoy space, calm surroundings, and individual attention. During hot weather, small wading pools are available to help pets stay cool and comfortable.

To ensure a low-stress and personalised stay, I take a limited number of animals at any one time. I can accommodate up to two dogs with indoor and outdoor access, two cats in secure outdoor activity enclosures (1.2 x 1.2 x 2.4 metres, two available), and one horse by arrangement, subject to paddock space and feed availability. A chicken coop is also on site, with two friendly resident chickens.

All pets must be council registered or microchipped, fully vet-checked, flea-treated, and owners are asked to supply their pet’s usual food. Pets must be well-socialised and house-trained.

I have TAFE training and over 40 years of hands-on experience caring for pets and farm animals. References from previous dog, cat, and horse guests are available upon request.

There are also two local vets in Oakey in the case of an emergancy. I am experienced and trained in first aid for animals and humans.
