👋🏼 Hello! My name is Vivian and I mostly work from home as well as working part-time 1-2x a week, depending on shifts given. I've had dogs all my life since I was 10 and have exposure to a big variety of breeds including, Corgis, Westies, Spitz, English Toy Terriers, Dalmations and many more. Additionally, sighthounds such as Iggies, Greys, Borzois and of course Whippies, have a special place in my heart. I normally only take up to 2 dogs + Jimmy unless, there is 1 night overlap, it might be 3. However, I will decide who/how many to take in base on the pups 

I have at the time, and my ability to give the best care to all the pups. 

Things I can provide:

Food/water bowls, treats, Whippy clothes/leads/collars/harness (Mostly Kmart Size M-L), beds and blankets! Or if you require additional items, do let me know and I will do my best to cater to your needs.

I will also try my best to provide daily updates with pictures as I know being away from your baby is the worst feeling ever! :( 

Medication and ERs 💊

I also have experience giving medication via tablets, pill popper, liquid feeding and oilment. Animal emergency centres are located roughly 10-15minutes from me. These includes AEC Mount Waverley and Vetland in Mitcham.

Jimmy the Whippet 🐶

Jimmy is turning 4 in June of 2026 and overall, is friendly and social as I have brought him to many whippet meets and dog parks. However, he does play rough and he likes doing the neck bitey thing that Whippet does. He is very ball obssessed! Throughout my petsitting journey, I noticed Jimmy is very adaptive to other dogs' ages; he knows to leave elderlies alone and reciprocate younger doggies' energy. He is however, not a fan of very barky dogs even though he is vocal himself 🤣

Living Space 🏡

I live with my family and partner in Forest Hill. We have a secured backyard with some space to run and sniff. There is a 5 minute walk off lead dog park (not fenced) nearby and if that's not your thing, I bring Jimmy for a walk once to twice a week, for about 30-45mins to Blackburn Lake or Forest Hill Oval. However, Jimmy is not a fan of walking and much prefers being in a park, having zoomies so that is where most of his exercise comes from. 

Additionally, I have 2 sliding doors and a couple of portable pet fences to create 2-4 separate living/eating space if need. The pups are welcome wherever on the couch and only my bed so please do let me know if they're not allowed and you prefer for them to be that way at mine as well.

Rates 💰:

Overnight stays: $50 per night plus additional pup

Day Care: $35 plus additional pup

Walking or House Visit Services:

$18 per walk/visit - 45mins to 1 hour walk/play 

Will require client to be within 1-2km radius from where I am as I have no vehicle to travel further
