"This was our first time with Sam, and we couldn’t be happier. Sam was thoughtful, communicative, and clearly has a natural way with animals. Alvin instantly warmed up to her, which says a lot—he’s usually slow to trust new people. We came home to a calm, happy dog and felt reassured every step of the way. "Ayu did a brilliant job of looking after Clio while we were away. We looked forward to receiving her report cards each day, complete with an overview of what she had done while at the house, and Clio's general demeanour, which was very useful. When we returned, Clio seemed settled and happy."
