Hello dog parents! My name is Emma, and I am often referred to as 'the dog whisperer' by those around me. I have a lifelong love for dogs and have grown up with them since 2005. I shared many wonderful years with my beloved whippet, who sadly passed away in 2019. His absence has left a void in my heart, and I have so much love and care to give to other dogs.
I have a special bond with my brother's 7-year-old Italian greyhound, but since I've recently moved from Brisbane to Adelaide, I rarely get to see her and find myself missing the joy and companionship of having a dog around. I've also had the pleasure of living with two Boston terriers for two years, and I've spent six months on a ranch caring for 12 horses and three chickens.
I now live in a spacious home in the leafy suburb of Prospect, with a fully fenced backyard that has plenty of grass and a manicured garden—perfect for dogs to roam and play, both inside and out.
Some of my all-time favorite dog breeds that I've had the pleasure of spending time with and baby-sitting include Italian greyhounds, whippets, greyhounds, Pomeranians, Boston terriers, golden retrievers, dachshunds, cavaliers, and Bichon Frisés.
I am available to look after your pups on weekends and some Fridays. Unfortunately, I am not available Monday to Thursday. I am also happy to do house visits during the day on weekends if you live within 20 minutes of my home.

Though coming from an IT background, I realized it at the age of 40, what my real passion was. Dogs need space and it's best for them to run and develop their muscle strength. I am happy and comfortable to take them to leash walks in nearby parks and have them interact with their friends. While it's fun to play with them, but it's equally important to get them to a routine of play, eat and sleep. I believe in working with the owners to understand their patterns and likes/dislikes so they can be taken care of well.
