"Jacqueline did an amazing job looking after my 2 very old and sick cats. She managed both of their special needs incredibly well and her great communication gave me incredible piece of mind that both cats were happy and well cared for. "Erika was very conscientious and friendly, and spent time getting to know our dog and us, before we left. Our dog is especially anxious of strangers, so we really appreciated her making the extra effort to feel comfortable with our dog before we left. She sent photos every day so we could see that our pets were happy and well cared for. She even bought the dog a Christmas treat! She also watered our plants.
