Hi there! I'm Caitlin 😊 I am living in Perth at the moment but originally from Ireland. I am a huge animal lover with tonnes of experience. I have been loving Oz so far, but one thing that's missing is having dog friends!

Back home, I have a dog called Kenny who I miss very much and am always pestering my dad to send me video and photo updates of him. I also volunteered at an animal rescue for 3 years, primarily looking after dogs of all sizes, personalities and health needs. I have experience in administering medication (oral, eye / ear drops) and dealing with dogs who have behavioural issues. I regularly took dogs out from the shelter for walks and one on one play time, some are pictured on my profile. Volunteering here was extremely rewarding and has strengthened my confidence in working with all kinds of dogs. I would still be volunteering here if I was back in Ireland - I miss it so much!

I am happy to provide services for animals other than dogs too. I have looked after my brother's cat numerous times when he was away, I love spending time with any animal! I also have some experience with birds, specially waterfowl back when I volunteered at a conservation group back in Ireland that housed captive duck and geese 🦆

I work full time Monday - Friday. I usually get home around 5pm. I am free on weekends. I can send pic updates while your pet is in my care so you can be sure they are in safe hands. I am happy to do home visits to check on your pet when you're not home. I will make sure they are fed and have some company so they don't feel lonely. I can do 30 minute walks on weekdays and possibly longer on weekends! I would love to be able to take a dog out every once in a while to enjoy a walk with - they're the best walking companion 🐕
