🔑 Keys, Access, & Home Security

I treat your home with the utmost privacy, respect, and professionalism. Keeping your property secure is just as important to me as keeping your pet happy.

• Secure Key Management: Keys are collected during our initial Meet-and-Greet. They are strictly kept on my person during the entire visit to prevent lockouts and are stored safely using a secure, unidentifiable tracking system (never labeled with your actual name or address).
• Smart Access & Codes: If you utilize a lockbox, digital door code, or smart lock, your access codes are stored securely in my encrypted system and are never shared with anyone else.
• Strict Security Protocols: Upon arrival and departure, I carefully follow your specific security instructions. I lock the door immediately behind me when entering, properly arm or disarm alarms, ensure gates are latched tight, and double-check that your home is completely secure before leaving.
