I’ve always loved animals and really enjoy the company and different personalities of pets. I’m also the person who comes home from travelling with hundreds of photos of cats and dogs I’ve met along the way!

I grew up with a cat and, while I haven’t worked professionally as a pet sitter, I’ve helped care for friends’ pets over the years. I understand how important it is to know your pets are happy, safe and well looked after when you’re away.

I’m a responsible, reliable and caring person who would treat your pets and your home with the same respect and care as my own. I know pets are part of the family, and leaving them behind when you travel can be stressful. I’d love to help make that a little easier.

I’m particularly comfortable caring for cats and friendly dogs, and happy to discuss the needs of other small pets. I’d prefer not to take on animals with complex medical or behavioural needs requiring specialist experience.

Availability and peace of mind

I’m based in New Farm, Brisbane and can offer weekday and weekend bookings, subject to availability. As I care for pets in their own homes, there’s no need for them to adjust to an unfamiliar environment.

Before a booking, I’d love to meet you and your pets, learn about their routines and discuss access arrangements, emergency contacts and any special instructions. I’ll take care with keys and home security, and contact you promptly if anything unexpected happens. In an emergency, I’d arrange veterinary care in line with your instructions.

Most importantly, I’ll take the time to understand your pets’ personalities and little quirks so they’re as happy and settled as possible while you’re away.

And of course, I’m happy to send regular photos and updates so you can relax knowing they’re in good hands!
