Hello! My name is Zajkel (pronounced Zach-elle), and I am a 26-year-old animal lover. I am returning to pet-sitting after I had a break due to other work committments. I am so excited to return to pet sitting, meet new animal friends, and help care for your furriest family members. 

I understand how important pets are to their humans and families. My little one (Pablo) is a Jack Russell x Maltese who is my shadow and partner in crime. He means the world to me, and I can often get quite
anxious leaving him in the care of someone else. This is why I bring care, understanding, and communication to each pet booking . My goal when pet-sitting is to do whatever I can to ensure both pets and owners feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. Some ways in which I do this is by always organising a meet and greet before each booking to become familiar with both pets and their family,
and keeping an open and regular line of communication with owners (that is regularly accompanied with cute photos of your pets). But what is also important to me is not just being a carer for your pet, but to be a friend too. 

I am experienced with dogs, animals, rabbits, birds, fish and some reptiles. On occasion I have also cared for horses, sheep and chickens. For the animal types I haven't yet had experience with, I am more
than open to learning their needs and ensuring they get the best possible care. I am comfortable administering medication, and I have a pet-seat belt and seat cover to be able to transport pets where required. I have an animal-first aid kit on me at all times, and although I don't have pet-specific first aid, I am qualified with the standard first-aid with relevant CPR training. I am looking at getting my pet first-aid quaifications in the near future.
