Hi, I’m Lucy! I’m a local mum based in Mosman, a lifelong dog owner, and one of those people who genuinely enjoys meeting other people’s dogs.

I’ve had dogs around me for most of my life and currently have a dog of my own. Over the years I’ve owned and cared for dogs of very different sizes, breeds and personalities; from Chihuahuas through to working dogs, as well as several rescue dogs. I’m confident around dogs and very aware that what makes one dog happy and comfortable can be completely different from the next.

I have some flexibility during weekdays and wanted to use some of that time doing something I actually enjoy, so I’m offering dog walking and once-daily home visits locally - please check my location on the map to see if I'm in a suitable location to you.

For walks, I’m very happy to follow your dog’s normal routine and pace. That might mean a good energetic walk for a dog who needs to get out and move, or a slower sniff-and-potter for an older dog or one who simply prefers life at a more leisurely pace (I have one of my own who'll venture as far as the nature strip...).

For home visits, my priority is making sure your pet is happy, comfortable and has some proper company while you’re away; not just rushing in and out. I’m happy to follow their usual feeding and care routine, administer any medications, spend some time playing or keeping them company, and send you an update and photos so you know all is well.

As a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to feel completely comfortable with the person you’re trusting with both your pet and your home. I’m reliable, sensible and happy to follow whatever routines, quirks and instructions come with your particular dog.

Our little dog, Emma, is well into grandma-hood and no longer interested in long walks and just likes her time in the sun, so I look forward to stretching my legs and giving her a little rest at home while I visit your pup and keep them company at home or take them out for a walk. 

Most of all, I genuinely like dogs and would love to get to know a few more of the local four-legged residents!
