Hello! My name is Ana, and I'm originally from Colombia. I am an Environmental Engineer currently living in Hobart. Animals have always been an important part of my life, and caring for them has always been something I genuinely enjoy.

Growing up, my family always had pets, so I learned from an early age that they are much more than animals, they are beloved members of the family who deserve love, patience, and respect.

In Colombia, I volunteered with organisations that rescued stray dogs and cats. I helped care for rescued animals by providing them with a safe, loving temporary home until they found their forever families. This experience taught me how to care for pets with different personalities and needs, including those who may be shy, anxious, or adjusting to a new environment.

I offer both pet sitting in your home and boarding in my own home, depending on what is best for you and your pet. I understand that every animal is different, some feel happiest staying in their familiar surroundings, while others enjoy a comfortable home away from home.

During each visit or stay, I will provide fresh food and water, plenty of attention, playtime, walks if required, and lots of affection. I can also clean litter trays or outdoor areas, follow your pet's usual routine, and administer oral medication if needed and according to your instructions. I am happy to send regular updates and photos so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.

I am comfortable caring for both cats and dogs and always take the time to get to know each pet's personality, habits, and preferences. My goal is to make them feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible while you are away.
