I am a retired teacher living in the Dandenong Ranges.

My 1 acre property is not fully fenced and therefore no stays at my home for animals that I care for.

I have a cat, Polly, which I obtained from the RSPCA in 2020. I have had several cats and over the years, they passed on and I usually replaced them. Polly is a quiet tabby. She has been fully vaccinated, micro chipped, and spayed. I had a cat in a cattery a few years ago. Gremlin passed away within a day of coming home then I got Jingle Bells. She was lovely, I moved three times but it didn't worry her.

Recently I looked after a friend's pets.When they have returned home, and after my loses with my past pets, I thought it may be better to have my pet looked after at home when I go away.

Now for an outline of how I could assist to take care of your Precious Pet in a time of need.

All animals that I may be asked to care for, must be vaccinated and registered with the respective Council Authority (with Tag.)

I am also revising my learning on animal care and Public Safety rules regarding Pets.

Duties I can follow up with are;

CATS- Home visiting, playing with, feeding, brushing, vet visits if required.

Dogs- same as for cats but include walking the animal for 30-45 minutes - with lead and muzzle - Small dogs or very well trained ( arrangements may differ for times required / discussed.

General Duties-

Additional things may be required such as;

Collecting mail, Bins put out and in, Water plants as required; Check inside or outside if your residence for disturbance

Send reports and photos after arranged visits. You may have other suggestions and frequency of visits.
