Hi! My name is Sophie and I have just graduated from an Engineering masters in UCD Ireland and have just moved to Australia to live in Melbourne. I am 24 years old and live in North Melbourne. I am available to take care of your dogs, cats, rabbits and birds. I am free to go to your house taking care of your pet as long as you need (morning, afternoon, evening). I am available any times of the week between the 6th and 20th of December in Melbourne and the surroundings. I will feed you pets, change the litter, play with them and bring them joy. I can also administrate some medication such as giving pills. Unfortunatly, I can't let them come in my appartment because it is not allowed. 
I love pets because I grew up in the french countryside with a LOT of animals, I always took care of them, and I often rescued wild cats who had no family, fed them every day and took them to the vet if necessary. Since I am 15 yo, I'm always taking care of my neighbors's pets (cats et dogs) when they are going on vacations and also of my friends' pets when they were out of town.
Indeed, in Australia I miss my pets at home. I have a cat call "Choups" who is 11 years old, that I adopted through the SPA association (equivalent to RSPCA in Australia) when I was younger. She is afraid of strangers, but she's adorable when she knows you. I also have a rabbit call "Wifi" who is 13 years old, a nice record for a rabbit that may be because I built an enclosure in my garden so that my rabbit can run freely! They are a big part of the family.&nbsp;

I'm a Dog lover, if I could, I would adopt all the abandoned dogs living on the streets.My service consist in taking out your dog for good and fun long walk for 1 hour, we can walk around the suburb.
I have 2 dogs, I have them since they were puppies both are soon to be 5 years old.  Nala is a Golden Retriever (37kg) and Aslan is an Alaskan Malamute  (40kg).  I used to take them twice a day, one in the early morning and the other one in the afternoon around 6pm.

My name is Peta and I've loved walking, dogs and walking dogs for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my mother ran a small non-for-profit dog rescue that I spent my childhood helping manage, meaning I have extensive experience with a wide range of breeds and temperaments. I know that each pooch has their own history, personality and needs and understand how to create a trusting bond between myself and the pup.&nbsp;
I offer both dog walking and sitting services. Depending on what you and your pooch need, the length of our walks can range from 30 minutes to an hour and a half and will primarily happen on weekday mornings. I am the proud mother of a 9 year old Fox Terrier and we go on daily walks, so we know some great spots that will suit all kinds of dogs. I can also bring him along if your pooch desires a friend!
When looking after your dog at home I am willing and able to administer medication, feed and water your pooch, keep their living area clean and engage them in basic behaviour training and/or play! The length and responsibilities of home visits can be negotiated client to client but generally I am able to stay overnight, making sure your pup has had a walk, dinner and breakfast and am happy to do small household tasks such as put out the trash and water the plants while I'm there. I will always conduct myself professionally and with utmost discretion when in and around your pet/home.
With every arrangement I am happy to send you updates and will be sure to communicate when required. I also have access to a car if your dog needs to be transported anywhere during our booking.&nbsp;

ABOUT ME ️
I had a golden Labrador called Arthur from the age of 3 to the age of 18. He was an amazing dog, but hard work! He was a very strong dog, so I had to be careful walking him on the lead. I taught him all of the basic commands. I cared for him from a young puppy all the way to an old dog, so I understand all the age requirements of different dogs and how to care for them. I have also always had cats growing up, and love them too. 
Back in the UK, where I'm from, I was a frequent dog sitter on a similar service called Rover. I cared for a range of dogs from a tiny papillon to 2 big huskies! 
In Carlton, we have a spacious fenced garden where your dog can play. My other housemates love dogs too so will ensure they gets loads of affection.
A typical day would include: Lots of playing outside in the garden, fetch, chase, tug of war. Belly rubs and cuddles of course. I can take your dog out for as many walks as they need, we live in a lovely area with lots of green spaces and smells to be discovered!

OUR HOME  
We live in a spacious second floor apartment in Carlton, with a large outdoor green space for your pup to potter around in. There is a shared living room and kitchen + the bedrooms which they are welcome to roam around. Our bedroom is upstairs and very spacious too. There is no lift so they must be ok with stairs. We live just a stones throw away from some great parks like Carlton, Fitzroy and Flagstaff gardens which make for some great doggy walks. I live with 3 other housemates so they will get oodles of attention. We've had both cats and dogs stay at our place before.
