Ciao ! I’m Francesca, an Italian videodesigner living in Melbourne.
I’ve had a genuine, lifelong love for animals, and after growing up with my dog for 18 years, I truly understand how important it is to leave your pet with someone who 'gets' them.

I’m very attentive to how an animal is feeling. I can quickly tell if a dog is feeling a bit anxious and needs some reassurance, or if they’re just in the mood to play. I like to adapt to them, whether that means calm cuddles, a good walk, or just giving them their space.

Nutrition and routines are also really important to me. I’m used to preparing meals with care and making sure pets feel comfortable and safe throughout the day. With cats, I’m always respectful of their boundaries: I create a relaxed environment and let them come to me when they’re ready.

I’m a warm and empathetic person, and I usually build a natural connection with animals quite quickly. My goal is simply to make your pet feel at home and give you total peace of mind while you’re away 🤍

Details about my care:

 • Walks are usually 30–60 minutes, depending on your dog’s needs and energy level

 • Pets are supervised throughout the day and are not left alone for long periods

 • I’m comfortable with anxious or sensitive pets, adapting my approach to help them feel safe and relaxed

 • I follow feeding routines carefully and can prepare meals or give medication if required

 • I can manage multiple pets at once while ensuring each one gets proper attention

 • In case of any concern or emergency, I stay calm, act responsibly, and contact you immediately

 • I provide a calm, clean, home-like environment where pets can settle comfortably

 • I have a home camera set up to keep an extra eye on pets when needed, ensuring their safety and well-being

 • A typical day includes walks, playtime, rest, and attentive care based on your pet’s personality
