Hi! My name is Melany and I’m a caring, reliable and responsible animal lover based in Melbourne. Ever since I was little, I have always had a special connection with animals and genuinely enjoy spending time with them. Being around pets makes me happy, and I love making sure they feel safe, comfortable and loved while their owners are away. I understand that pets are part of the family, so I always treat them with patience, kindness and attention.

My motivation to become a pet sitter comes from my genuine passion for animals and my desire to help pet owners feel calm and reassured knowing their pets are in good hands. I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry family members, and I always do my best to create a loving and stress-free environment for them. I enjoy spending quality time with pets, playing with them, taking them on walks, feeding them, giving them affection and maintaining their usual routine so they feel relaxed and secure.

I also have previous experience caring for my own pets, which has taught me a lot about responsibility, patience and understanding different personalities and needs. I have two lovely dogs, Negrito and Tita, and three beautiful cats, Haku, Naranja and Negrita. Caring for them every day has given me hands-on experience with feeding routines, hygiene, exercise, playtime and recognizing when pets may need extra comfort or attention.

I have experience caring for both dogs and cats of different sizes and temperaments, and I’m comfortable following any special instructions regarding feeding schedules, medication, routines or extra care needs. I’m also tidy, respectful and attentive to detail, making sure both pets and homes are always well looked after.

For the safety and wellbeing of all animals, I prefer vaccinated pets in my home. My goal is always to create a calm, positive and loving atmosphere where pets feel happy, safe and cared for while their owners are away.
