My name is Rui, and I’m a passionate animal lover with a genuine connection to pets of all kinds. I share my home with two gentle Ragdoll cats, which has given me a deep understanding of daily pet care, behavioural cues, and the importance of providing a calm, safe, and loving environment.

I have experience caring for cats, dogs, and small pets, and I tailor my approach to suit each pet’s unique personality, age, and needs. For energetic pets, I focus on playtime, exercise, and mental stimulation, while shy or senior pets receive plenty of patience, gentle companionship, and reassurance.

During home visits, I carefully follow your instructions regarding feeding, fresh water, litter tray or toilet breaks, medication administration, and enrichment activities. I respect your home, keep everything tidy, and ensure your pet feels comfortable and secure in their familiar surroundings.

I am reliable, attentive, and committed to providing the same level of care I would want for my own pets. I’m also happy to send regular updates and photos, giving you peace of mind while you’re away.
