Hi, I’m Jana! I’m a passionate animal lover and proud cat mum to my 3.5-year-old Ragdoll, Haru. We relocated from Hong Kong to the Gold Coast last year, and Haru has settled in beautifully—which shows how much care and attention I give to animals under my wing.

With years of hands-on experience caring for my own pet and a deep love for animals, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your furry family member. I’m gentle, observant, and always focused on your cat’s comfort, safety, and wellbeing.

Whether your cat is playful, shy, or needs a little extra patience, I’m confident in providing personalised care, cuddles (if they’re into that!), and making sure their daily routine stays calm and consistent while you’re away.

• Playtime & Enrichment – Toys, interaction, and stimulation based on your cat’s preference

• Pre-Stay Checklist & Routine Check-In – I follow your instructions carefully and provide updates

• Meet & Greet Before First Booking – To ensure your cat is comfortable with me before the stay

• Basic Area Clean-Up – Keep feeding areas tidy and your home respected

• Daily Photo/Video Updates – High-quality photos and short clips sent every visit

• Daily Reports – A quick summary of your cat’s mood, appetite, litter habits, and playtime

• Respect for Routine & Behavioural Needs – I understand how important it is to maintain your cat’s familiar routine. I work calmly and patiently with all temperaments, including shy, elderly, or anxious cats.
