I’m an animal lover with a lifetime of experience caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. I understand how important it is to know your pets are happy, safe and well cared for while you’re away, and I take pride in providing reliable, loving care so you can have complete peace of mind. 🐴 Animal Care Background I grew up surrounded by animals, including cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, dogs, horses and chickens, so caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I’ve worked on farms and have over 15 years of equestrian experience, including riding and caring for horses. This has given me a strong understanding of animal behaviour, handling, routines and the importance of patience, consistency and attentive care. I’m confident and comfortable around a wide variety of animals, breeds and personalities, including energetic dogs and those who need a little extra time, understanding or reassurance. 🏡 Housesitting Experience My partner James, a secondary school teacher, and I housesit as a couple. Between us, we have completed over 10 housesits across the UK and Australia, caring for a broad range of animals and homes. Our stays have ranged from just a couple of days to over a month. We understand that every pet has their own personality, routine and needs. Whether that means long walks, playtime, cuddles, medication, feeding routines or simply keeping them company, we aim to make sure they feel comfortable and settled in their own home. We also treat every home with the utmost respect, keeping it clean, secure and well cared for. We have received many five-star reviews from owners who have appreciated our reliable, thoughtful care and the peace of mind we provide while they’re away. 🐕 Dog Walking & Availability I’m available for dog walking, including running with the more energetic dogs who need a little extra exercise! As someone who enjoys an active lifestyle, I love getting outdoors and would be delighted to give your dog the exercise, stimulation and attention they need. I’m strong, confident and experienced handling a wide range of breeds and behaviours, and I always prioritise safe, responsible and enjoyable walks tailored to each dog. Dog walking availability: Weekday Evenings or Early Mornings Thursday mornings Friday afternoons Weekends Housesitting: Flexible availability on any day of the week, with both short and longer stays considered. Whether you need someone to take your dog on an adventurous walk, keep your pets company during the day, or look after your home and animals while you’re away, I’d love to help. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pets and home in someone else’s care, and I’ll always aim to give you complete peace of mind, knowing your animals are loved, safe and well looked after.
