We have recently moved to the Manly West area and would love to help care for your furry family members with lots of pats and attention during the day. 

Generally I am free most Mondays-Thursdays as I work from home in my hair salon, I do have a kindy drop offs those mornings too, so dogs drop offs can be sorted either before or after that.

We kindly ask for inquiries only regarding child-friendly dogs that are comfortable around small children and people and have no history of aggression.

Our home features a fully fenced backyard that backs onto a Radford Rd and is also next to a park/Wynnum Creek with a bike walk/path, perfect for little walks when I'm not working.

We have security cameras set up around the whole exterior of the house for piece of mind. 

We are comfortable with dogs being indoors as long as they are toilet trained and have been taught the basics of obedience.

From time to time, I do need to run errands, so I want to ensure your furry family member is comfortable being home alone for short periods.

If they are an anxious pup, then I will only book them in on days when I know I’ll be home all day. 

Please ensure your dog is up to date with their tick, flea and worming treatments, as we have a lot of bush around us.

I love to provide photo updates during their stay.

A little bit about us:

We are a family of three—Jacinta, Adam, and our three-year-old daughter, Tilly. I run a home hair salon, while my husband works on-site in various cemeteries, building and restoring graves.

My lifelong passion for dogs began in childhood with our family dog, Ziggy. In 2009, I adopted my own dog, Missfit (Missy), a Border Collie x Golden Retriever, who became my loyal companion and salon assistant. Through caring for Missy, I developed a strong interest in dog obedience and psychology, which helped me address her resource guarding and anxiety.

After Missy’s unexpected passing in 2020, I discovered I was pregnant. Now, four years later, we have a lively daughter who shares a genuine love for dogs to. She has always been gentle with animals, and I prioritize teaching her how to approach and interact with them safely.

Due to the rising cost of living, we’ve decided to wait before bringing a new dog into our home. We want to ensure we’re financially secure and can provide the necessary care.

In the meantime, we would love to meet your furry family member and help care for them for daily visits.

We have plenty of love, energy, and outdoor playtime to share, and your pet will receive ample attention while I work from home.
