Hi! I’m an animal lover with over 30 years of experience raising and caring for dogs. I grew up with my family dogs and in my adult life have raised my own dogs. When your dog stays with me, they’ll receive plenty of cuddles, attention, enrichment, playtime and, most importantly, lots of love.

I work from home full-time, so your dog will have company throughout the day and won’t be left alone. They’ll be welcomed into our home, hang out with me while I work, and enjoy at least two walks a day, along with plenty of play, cuddles and attention.

I’m also experienced with toilet training and separation-anxiety desensitisation, and I’m very happy to continue any training routines you already have in place. I believe consistency is key to maintaining good habits, so I’ll do my best to follow your dog’s usual routines and training approach.

Our family includes my 8-year-old Moodle, Lizzy, my husband and my two children, aged 9 and 10. My kids have grown up around animals and understand the importance of respecting a dog’s space, boundaries and signals. All interactions between the children and visiting dogs are supervised by me at all times.

We’re an animal-loving family and genuinely enjoy having dogs in our home. I’m also doing this because Lizzy (our dog) loves having doggy company! We’re always happy to welcome another furry friend into our home and give them the care and attention they deserve.

Throughout your dog’s stay, I’ll keep you updated with regular photos and messages so you can see how they’re settling in and enjoying themselves. I know how reassuring it is to see your pet happy and comfortable while you’re away.

For safety reasons, I currently only accept small and medium-sized dogs. Our dog Lizzy is only 5kg and is approaching her senior years, so I’m selective about the dogs we host to ensure everyone is comfortable, safe and well matched. All enquiry will require a free meet and greet at our home. 

Your dog won’t just be “looked after” here, they’ll be welcomed into our family, included in our daily life and treated like one of our own. ❤️
