Hi, I’m Melanie. I’m a lifelong cat lover and proud pet mum to Indi, my tabby cat, and Hugo, my Shih-Tzu x Toy Poodle. I’ve been around cats since I was a child, so caring for animals has always been a natural and very loved part of my life. 

I offer house visits for cats while their owners are away, so they can stay happy and comfortable in their own familiar surroundings rather than having to deal with the stress of being somewhere new. I spend a minimum of 30 minutes at each visit, which gives plenty of time for feeding, fresh water, litter tray cleaning, playtime and cuddles. I’m also happy to send you photos and updates so you can see how they’re is doing while you’re away.

I have experience administering oral medication to my mum’s very unwell dog, who I helped care for during his illness until he passed away. I’m comfortable following clear instructions from owners and giving basic oral medication where needed.

I work casually, which gives me flexibility with my time and allows me to work around your travel plans and your cat’s routine. I’m reliable and caring and I’ll treat your pets with the same love, patience and care I give to mine.
