Hello! I'm Brendan. I live in Gymea with my wife Imogen and 2 young boys and we are an animal loving family. We also have a 3rd child - our Jack Russell Molly! We can provide a safe and loving home for your pet while you are away. We go on walks everyday and love heading to our local dog beach. We also have a huge, fully fenced backyard in a quiet street where your dog could play for hours on end (our dog doesn't stop!)We have both grown up with dogs of all sizes, we are very loving and compasionate people who would be able to give your pet lots of love and attention. We can adjust our daily walk distance to suit your pets needs, I can even take them along to the dog beach on weekends! I'm quite flexible with sleeping arrangements, whether thats inside or outside and happy to hear if you have any special requests.We both work close by and work from home a few days a week, we are both home on weekends so we are more than happy to do pet visits aswell where required.Services - Home dog Boarding:&nbsp;Your dog will be very well looked after in our home. We have a big backyard that's fully fenced with a locked side gate to keep them safe and secure. Pets are also allowed inside (which is also where they'll sleep). We only accept bookings while we are home so your dog won't be left alone . I'm also more than happy to take pets for 30 minute walks around our neighbourhood - which is very quiet with footpaths. I'm also happy to administer medications if needed (just a quick rundown before would be great).&nbsp;Dog Walking:I'm happy to take your fur friend and 30 minute walks, I'm also open to adjusting this to suit individual needs. I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and currently have my own bichoodle, Aiko. I also help care for my sister’s two German Shepherds, Lynk and Havoc so reactive or “tricky” dogs hold a special place in my heart.  Dog Walks (30 mins) — Includes pick-up, leashing, and feeding time. Walks combine exercise, light obedience practice, and downtime for sniffing and decompressing.
 Overnight Stays — I’ll be there with your dog the whole time, aside from quick trips for food or the gym.
 Dog Training — Leash manners, reactivity/aggression work, obedience, puppy training, crate training, and separation anxiety. $200 initial consult, then $40/session.

I am an experienced petsitter having pet-sat full time with my hubby from February 2023 - August 2024. We only stopped because we fell pregnant! I have zero professional experience in pet care, however, I have had dogs, cats and chickens since I was born, and I adore all kinda of animals. This consistent ownership has provided me with the skills and knowledge I need to take care of all kinda of animals.&nbsp;
During my 18 years of living, altogether I have had 15 chickens, 2 dogs, and 3 cats, giving me a multitude of different experiences with taking care of animals. for example, when we got my current cat, nine years ago, she had ring worm, this required medicines, ointments and constant treatment. I am very flexible time wise, as I said I am not studying right now so this frees up a large amount of my time, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays are some of my best days.&nbsp;

I see caring for pets very similarly to the work I currently do in aged care.
