I grew up with dogs and loved their energy and endless love. Due to space at home, I couldn't adapt one at the moment. Hopefully, one day I will be able to as I missed to have a dog in life. I currently own two cats Missy and Nugget who have completely different personalities but both are affectionate and cute in their own way. I am a pet lover, having grown up with cats and chickens and more recently been around many friends dogs. I also started house and dog sitting last year and absolutely loved the experience. As I love travelling I can't have pets of my own so I live through your pets instead! I have experience walking, feeding and looking after small and medium/large dogs such as labradors and border collies.&nbsp;
I am currently working full time in Thomastown but I start early and finish early so am available for dog walking weekday evenings, Friday afternoons and weekends. I am available for home visits to feed pets and administer medication. These home visits can be up to one hour long and I'm also available to water plants and bring in the mail. I am available for dog walking up to one hour per session. I can take the dogs for walks in local parks and let them run around off leash if you would like. I travel by bike or public transport and am flexible. At the moment I'm only open to house and dog sitting that is maximum 1 hour bike or train/bus ride from my work off Settlement Road in Thomastown.&nbsp;

As a teenager and then a uni student, I used to work as a kennel attendant at the RSPCA, where I learned the ins and outs of animal care and welfare. Since then, my passion for animals has only grown stronger. I've dedicated countless hours to volunteering for multiple rescues - both for domesticated pets and wildlife. As a foster carer for both dogs and cats, I've nurtured and rehabilitated pets of all shapes and sizes over the years, with various behavioural issues, ensuring their safe transition to loving forever homes. 
My experience extends beyond the traditional, encompassing a wide range of creatures, including dogs, cats, rabbits, rats, and even chickens! I'm well-versed in the unique needs and personalities of various animals, making me a versatile and reliable choice for your pet's care.
Currently, I share my home with a 10-year-old Border Collie, 9 year old cat, 7 year old bun and a spirited 1-year-old Papillon. They all bring me immeasurable joy to my life and keep me on my toes, no matter the day. I'm familiar with training techniques, using positive reinforcment only. My BC used to be a therapy dog, and my Pap has gone through Puppy and Class1 Obedience and is about to start Agility training.
