Hi! We're Eloise (32) and André (37), a husband-and-wife team who are passionate animal lovers and genuinely adore both dogs and cats. We believe every pet deserves to feel safe, understood, and loved while their family is away.

We both have experience caring for pets and enjoy getting to know their individual personalities, body language, and needs. André loves animals just as much as I do, and together we make sure every guest receives plenty of attention, affection, and supervision. For dogs, we believe positive training and clear boundaries are an important part of their wellbeing, but that doesn't mean we can't spoil them with plenty of cuddles, playtime, and the occasional treat!

Walks are about more than exercise. We're big believers in "sniff safaris," giving dogs plenty of opportunities to explore the world through their noses. Sniffing is fantastic mental enrichment, and we always make sure walks are enjoyable as well as safe. We also love interactive play and making sure every dog has fun.

We offer:

To ensure every dog receives our full attention, we only care for one dog at a time (or two from the same household). We also appreciate arranging a meet-and-greet before the first booking so we can get to know each other and make sure it's the right fit for everyone.

Eloise works full-time (9–5) with a flexible hybrid schedule, allowing us to provide attentive care during her work-from-home days. Between the two of us, your dog will have plenty of company throughout the day, as well as lots of love, playtime and cuddles.

While your pet is with us, we'll send you a few photos and videos each day so you can see how they're doing. We prefer spending our time caring for your pet rather than being on our phones, so while we won't provide hour-by-hour updates, you can be confident they'll receive lots of attention and love.

About our apartment and where your pup will stay

We live in a clean, two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with laminate flooring and a secure balcony.

Please let us know if your dog is a high jumper or has ever attempted to jump from balconies, as our home may not be the safest environment for them.

Your dog is welcome to make themselves at home! They can sleep wherever they're most comfortable—whether that's in bed with us, on the sofa, or on a comfy mat with a blanket. You're also very welcome to bring their own bed or favourite blanket from home. We don't have crates in our home, so dogs are free to choose where they'd like to sleep.

Dogs will never be left to sleep on the balcony. However, they will have access to a designated potty area on the balcony with puppy pads available throughout the day.

We'll happily follow your dog's usual feeding and walking routine wherever possible, so let's discuss their schedule before confirming the booking to make sure we can accommodate their needs.

For everyone's comfort, we only accept dogs that are fully toilet trained.

Health & emergencies

Your pet's safety is our highest priority. In the unlikely event of an emergency, we'll take your pet to your preferred veterinarian. Before your booking, we'll ask for your vet's name, address and phone number, as well as any pet insurance details and emergency contact information.
