Hi I'm Emily! Last year I married an Australian and moved here from the USA. We just recently moved to Kirribilli after living in the Hills area the first year. I currently don't have any pets and I've always loved and owned animals (dogs, a bird, chickens, fish, etc.), so I am missing the companionship animals offer (no pets allowed)! I am an experienced dog sitter, having watched various dogs on a regular basis for several years. For one family, I was their go-to sitter for their two little dogs whenever they went on holiday and they would plan their holiday around when I was available. They didn't trust anyone else with their babies! I have house/dog sat for them for up to 2 weeks straight and administered daily oral medications, cleaned up after an elderly dog who was trained to use the potty inside, walked, fed, bathed, and cared for them with plenty of cuddles! Through word of mouth, others contacted me for my dogsitting services and I've had the pleasure of caring for so many lovely dogs both big and small. I hope yours will be next!

I mostly work from home, so I can do short check-ins or walks around lunch if close to home during the week or I am free most of the time outside of 9am-5pm and on weekends. At this stage, I will not be offering overnight services or service at my own home. I'm an active person and I'm happy to play fetch, go for long walks or just have a good snuggle with any pooch/kitty! I'm happy to stay as long as needed during my visits and perform any reasonable daily task while I'm there too (feeding animals, watering plants, getting mail, etc.)
