"Pratik and his daughter went above and beyond in their care of our 2 dogs while we were away. Not only did they come to feed them, but spent time to play with them and take them for walks. Pratik messaged and sent regular photo updates daily. One of our dogs is very old and required extra understanding. Pratik took extra time and care to make sure he was aware of all his needs before we left. Overall, Pratik and his young daughter provided the best care I could have hoped for in our absence."

"Charlotte is amazing! My three cats loved her since the moment they smelled her. My usual cat sitter wasn’t available, and Charlotte organised meet and great, booking, etc in just a couple of hours after I contacted her.
